Welcome to RESERVATION CAR RENTALS LLC . By booking a vehicle with us through our website, phone, email, or any other channel, you Customer agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Agreement
1.1. These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and RESERVATION CAR RENTALS LLC .
1.2. By completing a reservation and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Reservation & Payment Policy
2.1. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other payment gateways listed on our website.
2.3. Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
3.1. All reservations are strictly non-refundable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, early returns, or unused days.
3.2. Refunds will not be issued for changes in travel plans, flight cancellations, visa issues, weather conditions, or any other personal circumstances.
3.3. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
4. Modifications & Cancellations
4.1. Reservation modifications (such as change of pick-up time, drop-off time, or vehicle type) may be allowed at the Company’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
4.2. Cancellations are permitted, but no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
5. No-Chargeback Policy
5.1. By booking with us, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
5.2. You further agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider regarding payments made to RESERVATION CAR RENTALS LLC .
5.3. Any attempt to file a chargeback will be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide evidence of your acceptance of these Terms, including your booking confirmation and proof of non-refundable policy acknowledgment.
5.4. If a chargeback is initiated and overturned in our favor, you will be responsible for any fees incurred by the Company in defending the dispute.
6. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
6.1. Vehicles must be used only in accordance with local laws and regulations.
6.2. Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as at pick-up, except for normal wear and tear.
6.3. Any damage, loss, or violation of traffic/parking rules will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Gen Next Car Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle use, delays, or booking cancellations.
7.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with RESERVATION CAR RENTALS LLC , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable and no-chargeback policies.
